Hi my name's Nicholas Shirk and I’m a 23 year old college
business student at Illinois State University. I've taught myself to cook since
I was nine and in time gained a passion for home cooking and baking. I started
with simple meals like cooking eggs and baking cookies. Eventually I began to
make full course meals, desserts from a variety of cultures. I particularly
like to prepare Mexican and Italian style food, but I always like the simple
meals anyone can handle. I was the kid who took home economics for three years
in high school. Making my own food has always stuck with me and I enjoy when
others begin to learn on their own too. Making food is a lot easier than it
seems, and once you learn how to do it your life with improve and you’ll find
you save money from eating at restaurants too often. I enjoy creating healthy
meals, but that doesn’t stop me from greasy junk food either. I’m here to tell
you about it all. I will provide
personal and credible resources of knowledge to beginners learning to cook and
bake at home, whether be for yourself, family, or to just show off. My Cooking
