Ingredients for delicious beef stew-- instructional

A stew is an assortment of foods cooked in liquid in a pot with a lid. Stews are usually made from several ingredients. As the name states, beef is the main ingredient in beef stew. Other ingredients I use are mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, onion, radish, and potato. I include spices such as pepper, lemon pepper, oregano, basil leaves, rosemary, and parsley. The amount of vegetables and beef used is your decision. Chicken broth is used with my stew but vegetable or beer broth can be used instead.
For beginners it's best to measure your ingredients:
    • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
    • 1 tablespoon dried basil
    • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
    • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
    • 1 tablespoon salt
    • 2 tablespoon black pepper
    • 1/4 cup all purpose flour (for thickness)

On a cutting board chop up your vegetables and add them together in the pot  with the chicken broth while on the stove set to medium heat. Cut whole mushrooms in half, wedge the onion and potato, dice the radishes, then cut broccoli into bites. After some time add the spices.  After ten to fifteen minuets,
On a separate pan on the stove cook the beef until rare them after the vegetable are soft, add the beef until fully cooked.
Choose a slices of bread on the side to accent the stew. Options I most favor are Sour dough, rye, and whole wheat.
This should be an easy and healthy meal with little effort involved. Enjoy!
